BHV Dog Boarding

Provided full MEP engineering for the renovation of two existing buildings for an expanding dog boarding and daycare business.  With any indoor facility that houses animals, indoor air quality is paramount.  For this project, we coordinated closely with the city plan reviewers and equipment vendors to design a state-of-the-art dedicated outside air ventilation system with energy recovery that efficiently removes pollutants from the indoor environment to maximize indoor air quality with minimal energy usage.
