Warehouse Building Upgrades at 4612 Burleson Road, 2324 South Lamar Boulevard and 405 Tillery Street - Upgrade of existing building electrical services to supply a new generation of commercial tenants and prepare for the interconnection of a new photovoltaic system. The service upgrades will be followed by the designs for approximately 500 kilowatts of rooftop solar panels.
