Burnet City Hall

This project is a 16,000-square-foot new construction that is in the final stages of MEP Engineering.  It is comprised of a large council chamber, as well as offices, meeting rooms and service stations for multiple city departments and the public.  The HVAC system is being designed with a state-of-the-art variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system and dedicated outside air system (DOAS) for optimal comfort, zoning and fresh air ventilation.  The electrical system is being designed with 100% standby power generation and automatic transfer to ensure that the city departments are able to continue to serve the public and provide necessary aid during the next grid outage.
